Internal Perfusion

The untreated liquid/gas flows exclusively through the lumen side (inside the hollow fiber). This design reduces stress loss, is compact, and is suitable for handling large flow rates, ensuring high contact efficiency.

External Perfusion

The untreated liquid/gas flows exclusively through the shell side (outside the hollow fiber). This design is optimized for degassing and debubbling, using a robust, multi-layered structure with woven silicone fibers around a central PC tube for enhanced performance.

Nagasep

Specifications

In M30, M40, M60 and M80 the number represents thethickness of the membrane. For example, we call a fiber membrane M30 when its outer diameter is 230μｍ, while the inner diameter is 170μｍ. (230 – 170) ÷ 2＝ 30μｍ, so it is M30. Thinner membrane promises higher gas permeation, while thicker membrane have higher pressure resistance. 

We recommend M60 for liquid degassing, M40 for gas separation.
