The test modules are for basic experiment for your application. If you have an idea, you’re welcome to contact us and ask whether NAGASEP is suitable for your application. Then, if we think it might work, you could buy one or two test modules for the basic experiment.

The purchase process would go as follows:

① quotation(EXW)

② bank transfer

③ manufacture

④ shipment (mostly by Fedex)

⑤ after sale support for 1 year

Internal Perfusion

Untreated liquid/gas flows inside the hollow fiber. Simple and compact design. With its lesser stress loss, suitable for treating large flow rate. The untreated liquid moves like turbulence that leads to higher contact efficiency.

External Perfusion

Untreated liquid/gas flows outside the hollow fiber. Functions: Degassing and debubbling.

In external perfusion type, we use the weaved silicone fibers. The weavement is wrapped in multiple layers around a thick PC tube (material optional) in the center of the module. The fiber lines in the video only represent the direction of the flow.

Specifications

In M30, M40, M60 and M80 the number represents thethickness of the membrane. For example, we call a fiber membrane M30 when its outer diameter is 230μm, while the inner diameter is 170μm. (230 – 170) ÷ 2= 30μm, so it is M30. Thinner membrane promises higher gas permeation, while thicker membrane have higher pressure resistance. 

We recommend M60 for liquid degassing, M40 for gas separation.
